Pathology Of The Training Process Of The Incident Command System In The Hospitals Of Guilan Province Based On The Three-Pronged Model.

Background: Organizational training is a key strategy to create and increase the skills of employees, and its pathology is the introduction to organizational transformation and effectiveness, and a systematic process to understand the current situation and solve its challenges and limitations. Objective: The aim of the research was the pathology of training staff of the incident command system in the hospitals of Gilan province by Applying Three Dimensional Model. Methods: The research was practical in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the method of collecting information, it was done with a mixed approach. The statistical population in the qualitative section included expert professors in the field of incident command system, and in the quantitative section, it included all managers and employees, which are 548 people. For data analysis, MAXQDA2020 software was used in the qualitative part and SPSS26 was used in the quantitative part. Results: By analyzing the interviews, 25 open codes were obtained, which were classified into 6 core codes and 3 selective codes and into three structural, process and contextual branches. The results showed that among these dimensions, process factors with variance and impact factor of 0.262 are more damaging than other dimensions in the education process. Conclusion: The results showed that employee training programs in an organization can be a guarantee to solve the problems of the organization and employees and also solve the need for specialized human resources in the future.
